These Terms & Conditions apply to the 9888 BDT platform and all of its services. If you do not agree with these terms after reading them, please refrain from using the platform.

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout this document:

• "Platform" or "9888 BDT" Refers to the website https://9888bdt.bet and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual who is registered on or using the 9888 BDT platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal login profile on 9888 BDT.
• "Bet" refers to any type of wager or gaming transaction.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in the account.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 9888 BDT:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid and active mobile number and email address are required.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• For large withdrawals, identity verification (KYC) is required via a National ID card or passport.

9888 BDT supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third party's or another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Without completing KYC verification, withdrawals above a certain limit will not be permitted.
• 9888 BDT reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

9888 BDT offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed:

• Rollover Requirement: A rollover requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Example: A ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must wager ৳5,000.
• Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the rollover requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• An active bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Cashback and loyalty bonuses may be exceptions.
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address will be treated as fraud.
• Promotion Changes: 9888 BDT reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and all other gaming activities on 9888 BDT:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9888 BDT reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned, bets will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Event results will be determined based on 9888 BDT's official sources.
• In the event of a tie or draw, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with the rules of the respective sport.

For Live Betting:

• Real-time odds are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Any confirmed bets placed before a disconnection will remain valid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9888 BDT and will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Artificially placing bets to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the system or software.
• Any form of fraud or submission of false information.
• Accessing or using another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transactions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

9888 BDT may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found to have been provided during registration.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@9888bdt.bet. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded through the standard process.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• User information is not shared with authorities unless required by law.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.

• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to temporarily suspend your account (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or close it permanently if needed.

• Loss of bets or transactions due to internet disconnection.
• Any issues arising from the user's own device or network problems.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

That said, 9888 BDT always strives to resolve legitimate user complaints as promptly as possible.

9888 BDT reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Update notices will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
